Consciousness Council skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Frames the decision, options, constraints and objective, then builds an evidence brief separating facts, sources, assumptions, unknowns and values. It simulates three to six thinking archetypes, supports custom configurations and devil's advocate or rounds modes, and synthesises a conditional recommendation with risks, open questions and confidence.

When to use it. For decisions involving uncertainty, competing priorities or meaningful trade-offs, including research planning. It adds less value to straightforward factual questions or trivial choices, and does not provide independent experts, hosted sessions or persistent memory.
