About this skill
What it does. Runs product management workflows using a RICE prioritiser, an interview analysis script and PRD templates. It supports portfolio and capacity analysis, insight extraction, roadmap planning, hypothesis development and success-metric definition, with text, JSON and CSV outputs.
When to use it. Use it for feature prioritisation, customer discovery, product requirements and delivery planning. It applies when the work needs structured product frameworks, but does not replace environment-specific validation, testing or expert review.
