About this skill

What it does. Evaluates each assumption by the value and customer reach of validation against confidence and effort, then places it in an Impact × Risk matrix. It recommends deferral, implementation, rejection or a targeted experiment with a measurable behavioural threshold.

When to use it. When triaging assumptions, deciding what to test first or applying an assumption prioritisation canvas. It can read supplied files containing assumptions or research data before producing the results.
