About this skill

What it does. Guides an eight-phase PRD workflow from problem framing through dependencies and open questions, using a structured template. It captures personas, strategy, solution context, success metrics, user stories, acceptance criteria, assumptions and scope decisions.

When to use it. For major features or initiatives that need cross-functional alignment and an engineering-ready handoff. It is not intended for small bug fixes, already-aligned problems, or continuous discovery experiments.
