About this skill

What it does. Establishes a vector ledger for scene seams, stamps transitions into the project, and verifies direction, speed, mid-motion entry, carrier continuity, overlap and Z-scale signs. It assigns each phase a sustained-motion route with causal timing and stillness before climaxes.

When to use it. Load it before composing any HyperFrames animation or video, and rerun the seam check after edits to scene boundaries or voiceover timing. It governs motion choices while routing low-level transitions, cursor work and seam rendering to separate implementation skills.
