Discovery Process skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Structures product discovery across six phases, from framing a problem hypothesis to documenting a decision. It coordinates research planning, customer interviews, insight synthesis, solution generation and experiments, with outputs for each phase.

When to use it. For exploring product opportunities, investigating retention or churn, or validating an initiative before roadmap commitment. It is not intended for well-understood problems, tactical fixes or work where stakeholders have already committed to a solution.
