About this skill
What it does. Collects the decision title, context, decision, alternatives and stakeholders, validating that required details are available. It writes a standardised ADR with front matter, positive and negative consequences, rejection rationales, implementation notes and references to /docs/adr/ using the next sequential filename.
When to use it. When documenting an architectural decision for machine parsing and human reference. It asks for missing inputs before generating the record.
