About this plugin
The plugin guides you through clarifying a survey goal, choosing from 22 templates such as NPS, CSAT, CES and PMF, writing questions one at a time, and configuring audience targeting and timing. Surveys are created as drafts so they can be reviewed before launch.
Use it when you want to build a customer, product or operational survey in PostHog without designing the questionnaire from scratch. PostHog MCP is optional but can provide events, properties and existing surveys automatically; without it, the plugin asks for the required details.
It installs the survey-creation guidance and does not add slash commands, agents, hooks or an MCP server.
