About this skill
What it does. Creates a TECH.md specification for significant Warp features after inspecting the product spec and current codebase. It records context, proposed module and API changes, testing and validation, and, when useful, risks, diagrams, follow-ups and parallel agent work.
When to use it. Use for multi-module features, architectural trade-offs or implementation plans tied to a product spec. Straightforward fixes and pure UI changes generally do not need a technical specification.
