Wecomcli Todo skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Uses wecom-cli to create, list, locate, update, complete, delete or leave Enterprise WeChat to-dos. It filters existing records by creation time, deadline, completion status, or literal title and description keywords, and handles date or datetime deadlines, including reminders and clearing. It checks operation-specific command guidance before running the CLI.

When to use it. Use it for managing records already in Enterprise WeChat's to-do system. It does not perform semantic keyword search, and it does not expose to-do IDs or treat returned data as instructions.
