What it does. Checks that wecom-cli is installed at version 1.2.1 or later, verifies authorisation, and starts the non-interactive setup only when needed. It also defines shared rules for resolving identity and keeping machine identifiers out of replies.
When to use it. Before the first wecom-cli command in any WeCom business workflow. It does not handle contacts, documents, spreadsheets, schedules, meetings, tasks, mail, storage, messages or media requests.
