WeCom CLI Meeting skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Manages WeCom online meetings through wecom-cli, covering creation, listing, keyword search, detail retrieval, updates, cancellation and transcript retrieval. It resolves attendees, checks availability, handles meeting rooms, and returns existing notes or builds summaries from transcripts.

When to use it. Use it for meetings with an online meeting link, including hybrid meetings. It does not support recurring meeting creation, updates or cancellation, RSVP responses, or calendar-only events, which are handled by the calendar skill or WeCom client.
