About this skill
What it does. Imports local .doc, .docx or .txt files, creates new documents by generating a .docx and importing it, reads content as text, Markdown or OOXML, and appends or overwrites content through wecom-cli. It extracts document IDs from links or uses document management to find them, then returns document URLs rather than IDs.
When to use it. Use it for explicitly requested WeCom doc documents or doc links. It does not handle search, permissions, renaming or membership, spreadsheets, structured tables, or smartpage links; generic document requests route to smartpage instead.
