WeCom CLI Contact skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Searches the WeCom address book with wecom-cli contact users search --json, accepting up to 10 keywords and returning user IDs, names, aliases, email addresses, departments and management roles. It normally shows the most relevant matches, or returns the full matching list when search_mode is set to list, preserving the API's order.

When to use it. Use it to find contacts, distinguish people with the same name, retrieve user IDs or enumerate all matching users. If no keyword can be inferred, it asks for one rather than guessing; limited results are reported when the command provides a restriction notice.
