Wecomcli Calendar skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Uses wecom-cli to create, browse, search, update and cancel schedules, check attendee availability, and find or book meeting rooms. It routes online meetings with join links to the separate meeting skill and handles ambiguous creation requests by asking whether to create a schedule or a meeting.

When to use it. For non-recurring WeCom schedules and in-person arrangements without online meeting links. Recurring schedules and invitation responses are not supported and must be handled in the WeCom client.
