About this skill

What it does. Reads the PR template, task context, complete diff, metadata and visual-outline guidance, then finds or creates the current branch's GitHub pull request. It commits and pushes task changes when needed, saves the description under .humanlayer/tasks/, publishes it with gh pr edit --body-file, and reports the result and changed files.

When to use it. Use only when explicitly invoking Visual PR to describe the current task's pull request. It asks for a PR selection only when there is no relevant work or safe current-branch PR to create.
