About this skill
What it does. Builds a fast, deterministic feedback loop that catches the exact symptom, then reproduces and minimises it. It ranks falsifiable hypotheses, instruments only to test predictions, writes a regression test before fixing, and removes debug artefacts while redacting secrets from displayed commands and outputs.
When to use it. Applies to difficult bugs, broken behaviour, failures and performance regressions. It does not continue with hypotheses when no red-capable loop can be built, instead requesting access or captured evidence.
