About this skill
What it does. Resolves aircraft registrations, callsigns and ICAO hex codes, or vessel names and MMSIs, to durable identifiers, then compares public tracker, registry and port-call data. It assesses movement, ownership, reflagging and AIS or ADS-B gaps while distinguishing coverage limits, spoofing and suppression from confirmed evidence.
When to use it. For asset tracing, sanctions and supply-chain checks, or investigative reporting about aircraft and vessels. It does not establish who travelled aboard or treat an uncorroborated gap, registry snapshot or voyage field as proof.
