Technology Selection skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Classifies a .NET 8+ task, selects among ML.NET, Microsoft.Extensions.AI, Microsoft Agent Framework, Copilot SDK, ONNX Runtime, OllamaSharp and vector-data tools, then produces a plan or implementation guidance. It covers DI, secure configuration, evaluation and RAG safeguards.

When to use it. For adding structured ML, LLM features, agents, Copilot extensions, model inference or RAG to .NET applications. Not for .NET Framework, data engineering without AI, or custom deep-learning training loops.
