About this skill
What it does. Detects material, generalisable friction observed during a task, checks that it affects agent tooling or workflows, and submits one structured message through the local feedback script. The message records category, scope, observation, impact, evidence and a suggested improvement while excluding sensitive data; submission is incidental and does not interrupt the main task.
When to use it. Use proactively when the criteria are met, without asking permission, and submit no more than three suggestions per run. Do not use it for ordinary project defects, unsupported speculation, minor inconvenience, duplicates or feedback about the submission mechanism.
