About this skill
What it does. Detects the package manager and packages root, installs dependency-cruiser, writes or merges boundary rules, and adds a boundary lint command to the existing checks. It scaffolds an example package, documentation and an agent-instructions pointer, then proves the rules with pass/fail runs for a forbidden deep import.
When to use it. Use it when making TypeScript packages deep modules with root entry points and private subfolders. It is user-invoked and does not configure dependency layering, TypeScript settings or path aliases.
