Semgrep Rule Variant Creator skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Runs a separate applicability, test creation, rule translation and validation cycle for each named language. It uses Semgrep ASTs and semgrep --test, then writes an independent rule and idiomatic test file per applicable language, reporting failed, unsupported or inapplicable targets.

When to use it. Use it to port a finished Semgrep rule to specified languages. It is not for creating a new rule, repairing the original, or adding unrequested languages.
