Seam Craft skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Defines the render prerequisites for HyperFrames scene transitions. It makes the stage opaque, overlaps scene wrappers, holds outgoing final frames, assigns separate ping-pong tracks, and stamps transition templates onto the master timeline with substituted selectors and timing.

When to use it. Use while assembling or checking index.html, especially for white flashes or opacity dips at seams. It covers wrapper-based transitions, not the catalogue of individual transitions or overlay and shader families.
