About this skill
What it does. Interviews stakeholders, quantifies signed and absolute forecast error, reconstructs missed periods from snapshots and field history, and tests root-cause signals across deals or forecast models. It attributes each gap to data, behaviour or demand, then ranks fixes by impact, effort and time to effect.
When to use it. For forecast misses, chronic inaccuracy, slipping deals, suspected sandbagging or unreliable commit calls. It does not design forecast methodology, model pipeline coverage, redefine sales stages or provide recurring pipeline hygiene.
