About this skill

What it does. Reviews a resume against ten PM-focused criteria, including the XYZ+S achievement formula, quantified impact, pronoun-free language, structure, contact details, skills evidence and standard titles. With an optional job posting, it identifies keywords and relevance gaps, then gives quoted examples and concrete edits.

When to use it. Use it to review a PM resume, prepare an application or improve its impact. It is intended for Product Management resumes and does not describe a general-purpose CV review.
