About this skill

What it does. Evaluates a feature backlog against the product objective and success metrics, scoring impact, effort, risk and strategic alignment. It can apply Opportunity Score, ICE or RICE guidance, then presents a ranked top five with rationale, trade-offs and deprioritised ideas.
