About this skill
What it does. Encourages agents to proceed with reversible changes, explain their decisions and let the human review or correct the result afterwards. It also recommends recording and fixing problems as work continues, while requiring confirmation before irreversible actions such as deleting production data or sending external messages.
When to use it. For asynchronous work where asking about each reversible decision would delay progress. Product direction remains with the human, and irreversible actions still need confirmation.
