About this skill

What it does. Reviews a PRD or launch plan by imagining a failed launch, then categorises risks as Tigers, Paper Tigers or Elephants. It classifies real risks by urgency, creates mitigation plans with owners and dates for launch blockers, and saves the analysis as a dated Markdown document.

When to use it. Before launching or stress-testing a product plan, especially when assumptions, dependencies or cross-functional concerns need review. It also supports revisiting mitigations two to three weeks before launch.
