About this skill
What it does. Reviews diffs for unnecessary complexity and reports one-line findings with a location, tag, what to cut and its replacement. It identifies dead code, hand-rolled standard-library features, redundant platform dependencies, speculative abstractions and logic that can be shortened, then ends with possible line savings without applying fixes.
When to use it. Use for focused over-engineering reviews, such as deciding what can be deleted or simplified. It excludes correctness, security and performance issues, and treats a smoke test or assertion-based self-check as necessary rather than bloat.
