About this skill
What it does. Scans an entire repository rather than a diff for over-engineering, then ranks findings from biggest cut first. It reports dead code, unnecessary abstractions, hand-rolled standard-library features and platform duplicates as one-line delete, stdlib, native, yagni or shrink findings, ending with possible line and dependency reductions; it applies nothing.
When to use it. Use for a one-shot Ponytail audit of repository complexity and bloat. It does not assess correctness, security or performance issues, which belong in a normal review.
