About this skill

What it does. Inspects project files, imports, package files and global.json to classify VSTest or Microsoft.Testing.Platform, the test framework, and SDK-style or classic project structure. Resolves MSBuild precedence, runner selectors, bridge settings and output requirements, reporting conflicts or incomplete configurations instead of guessing.

When to use it. Use for identifying a project's test platform, framework or runner. Do not use it for running or filtering tests, test commands, flags, TRX or dump options, command errors, hot reload or migration requests.
