About this skill
What it does. Guides OSS-Fuzz enrolment by creating project.yaml, Dockerfile and build.sh files, then uses helper.py to build images, compile sanitised fuzzers, run harnesses and generate coverage reports. It also covers reproducing crash reports and supporting libFuzzer, AFL++, Atheris and Rust projects.
When to use it. For adding an open-source project to OSS-Fuzz, testing an existing integration locally or reproducing an OSS-Fuzz crash. It does not apply to closed-source projects unless running a private OSS-Fuzz instance, or to specialised fuzzing needs outside its infrastructure.
