About this skill

What it does. Turns meeting transcripts, recordings, agendas or notes into structured minutes with metadata, attendance, decisions, action items and unresolved items. It uses a consistent schema, labels missing details as TBD or Unknown, and prioritises concise, factual records that can feed task trackers.

When to use it. For internal meetings of up to 60 minutes, including syncs, standups, design reviews and planning. It also applies when preparing a standardised record from notes or a transcript.
