Markdown Mermaid Writing skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Guides document creation from a suitable template, applies Markdown style rules, and embeds Mermaid diagrams as the canonical source for workflows, structures and relationships. It covers 24 diagram types, accessibility annotations, citation and heading conventions, rendering checks, and retaining Markdown when supplementary images are generated.

When to use it. For scientific documents, project documentation, version-controlled output, or any request to add a diagram. Mermaid is preferred over matplotlib, seaborn or image generation for structural diagrams unless the relationship cannot be expressed with Mermaid.
