About this skill
What it does. Plans an educational video before any Manim code is written. It researches the topic, finds the hook and the key insight, asks about audience, length, depth and style, and writes a scenes.md with each scene's purpose, visual elements, content, narration notes and technical notes for ManimCE or ManimGL.
When to use it. When you have a vague concept you want visualized in the style of 3Blue1Brown. Use it first, then a Manim best-practices skill to implement the plan.
