Let Fate Decide skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Runs a cryptographically random 12 Houses of the Zodiac Tarot spread, with one Major and two Minor Arcana cards per house. It reads the house and card meanings, synthesises them into a direction, and can translate the result into technical audit or verification lenses.

When to use it. Use it for vague prompts, casual delegation, tie-breaking, or explicit requests such as "YOLO" or "let fate decide". Do not use it for clear tasks, safety-critical decisions, or precision-seeking requirements; security and correctness decisions still require engineering evidence.
