About this skill
What it does. Shows implementation patterns for React, Next.js and Python, covering translation keys, namespaced locale files, pluralisation, ICU messages, locale-aware formatting and RTL layouts. Includes scripts/i18n_checker.py to find hardcoded strings and missing translations.
When to use it. For public web apps, SaaS products and other projects that need multiple languages. It also provides a pre-release checklist; internal and single-region apps may only need it if future localisation is planned.
