HypoGeniC skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Plans and audits HypoGeniC and HypoRefine workflows for generating candidate textual hypotheses from labelled datasets. It validates task and run configuration, audits checksums and split leakage, estimates bounded token costs, inspects banks and results, and evaluates saved predictions without model calls.

When to use it. Use for the hypogenic package, task configs, hypothesis banks and HypoBench datasets. It is not for manual hypothesis formulation, scientific validation, or treating predictive metrics as evidence.
