HyperFrames Registry skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Searches the HyperFrames registry with hyperframes catalog, installs blocks or components with hyperframes add, and explains where files go. It shows how to wire standalone blocks into index.html, merge component snippets, report missing effects and contribute new registry items.

When to use it. Use it before hand-building a named visual treatment, transition or reusable video element. Use hyperframes init for examples rather than hyperframes add, which installs only blocks and components.
