Graph Evolution skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Builds and pre-analyses Trailmark graphs for two source snapshots, then runs the native structural diff and a subgraph comparison. Produces a security-focused markdown report covering changed nodes, edges, entrypoints, taint membership, blast radius, complexity and privilege boundaries, with source-diff context.

When to use it. For comparing commits, tags, branches or directories before release or during security review. It is not intended for line-level review, single-snapshot analysis, diagram generation or mutation-testing triage.
