Google Cloud Storage FUSE skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Assesses whether code should use native gs:// reads, Cloud Storage FUSE or a POSIX file system. For suitable mounts, routes deployment, write-safety and regression work to guidance covering GKE, Compute Engine and Cloud Run, with cache tuning and metrics-based diagnosis.

When to use it. For planning or troubleshooting Cloud Storage FUSE mounts, including training workloads and checkpoint writes. Not for bucket administration without a mount or shared POSIX file systems such as Filestore or Managed Lustre.
