Google Cloud RAG Enterprise Search skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Works through requirements discovery, technical decomposition, product selection, Mermaid architecture, design recommendations, and deployment guidance. Produces Terraform and workload deployment steps for an AlloyDB, Cloud Storage and GKE solution, then plans validation and packages approved artefacts in Markdown.

When to use it. Applies to private enterprise content requiring SQL-backed vector search, open models and containerised application components on GKE. It does not apply to fully managed RAG, SaaS search services or non-SQL vector databases.
