About this skill

What it does. Guides a four-phase migration from an existing AI workload through discovery, solution design, implementation and validation. It assesses the current service and model, sizes accelerators, selects storage and serving options, and creates Kubernetes manifests and cutover guidance.

When to use it. For moving inference workloads from Cloud Run, Gemini API, Agent Platform or custom VMs to GKE. It is not for new GKE deployments or migrations automated through Gemini Cloud Assist MCP.
