Google Cloud SCC Query skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Runs read-only gcloud queries against Google Cloud Security Command Center, using explicit organisation, folder or project scope and location-aware filters. Lists or groups active findings, or retrieves one complete finding payload for analysis by class, severity, category and vulnerability or exposure details.

When to use it. Use it to inspect and triage SCC findings, validate finding classes, or summarise a security landscape. It does not draft remediations, patch resources, execute configuration changes, query underlying attack-path resources, or run without a parent scope.
