About this skill
What it does. Checks for the gcloud CLI and authenticated account, routes enterprise users elsewhere, then selects or creates a project, audits billing and links an available billing account. It validates the final project and billing state, and points to spend controls and workload-specific deployment skills.
When to use it. For a solo developer starting a first Google Cloud project or Free Trial setup. It does not cover enterprise organisation setup or complex multi-project architectures.
