Google Cloud Networking Observability skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Investigates Google Cloud networking by choosing the relevant log, metric or diagnostic source. It checks BigQuery linked datasets for high-volume analysis, verifies schemas, prints SQL before execution, and returns the first conclusive result, including zero or no traffic. Supports threat, VPC Flow, firewall and NAT logs, metrics, cost estimation and Connectivity Tests.

When to use it. Use for dropped traffic, packet loss, NAT or firewall investigations, traffic analysis, latency and throughput queries, and path diagnostics. Do not use it for generic VM management or other non-observability tasks.
