About this skill

What it does. Inspects Filestore instances and queries Cloud Monitoring usage in one project-wide request, then calculates free space and classifies each instance as healthy, scale up, scale down, or unable to scale. It reports a markdown table, tier limits, target capacity and attributed gcloud commands, requiring confirmation before resizing.

When to use it. Use it to monitor headroom, prevent out-of-space outages, or reduce unused Filestore capacity. It does not apply to Cloud Storage buckets, Persistent Disk, or NetApp Volumes.
