About this skill

What it does. Checks TPU runtime prerequisites, then queries GKE system metrics and PromQL for accelerator usage, memory, node readiness, node-pool status and multi-host availability. It analyses maintenance and preemption interruptions, calculates MTTR and MTBI, and monitors host performance.

When to use it. For diagnosing GKE TPU workload or infrastructure interruptions and performance issues. It does not cover general non-TPU GKE monitoring or non-metric TPU debugging.
