About this skill

What it does. Runs Python probes to produce a redacted JSON snapshot of host, process, cgroup, scheduler, disk and accelerator observations, then plans bounded workers and memory. It also validates or diffs snapshots and creates a non-executing accelerator diagnostic plan, without stress tests or device changes.

When to use it. Use before resource-sensitive local or scheduled workloads, or when resource detection is requested. It treats missing data and accelerator visibility conservatively rather than claiming hardware is usable.
