Fuzzing Obstacles skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Identifies checks that block fuzzing, then uses conditional compilation to bypass specific obstacles or make state deterministic in fuzzing builds. It explains how to assess false-positive risks and compare coverage before and after each patch.

When to use it. For C/C++ or Rust fuzzing when checksums, complex validation or non-deterministic state prevent exploration. Skip patching when a corpus, dictionary or structure-aware fuzzer can overcome the obstacle.
